Kapatid Prince of Primetime Kiko Estrada Top Bills ‘Totoy Bato’
Even before the finale of the successful TV5 primetime series “Lumuhod Ka sa Lupa,” it was officially announced during a Story Conference at the TV5. Media Center that Kiko Estrada’s follow-up role will be the iconic titular character “Totoy Bato.” The story is inspired by the classic film of Da King Fernando Poe Jr., created by legendary comics writer and film producer Carlo J. Caparas. Kapatid viewers can expect intense action and explosive fight scenes, as Kiko’s character becomes the savior of Pook Paraiso, using only his “kamao.” As “Totoy Bato,” Kiko will go head-to-head with powerful families. He’ll be joined by a powerhouse cast—seasoned actors and some of today’s most talented stars. Joining the cast of “Totoy Bato” are Bea Binene, Cindy Miranda, and Diego Loyzaga, along with Nonie Buencamino, Mon Confiado, Art Acuña, Mark Anthony Fernandez, and veteran actress Ms. Eula Valdez—with special participation by Joko Diaz, Katya Santos, Kean Cipriano, and Ms. Jackie Lou Blanco. Kiko will also be joined by Andrew Muhlach, Billy Villeta, Ivan Padilla, Lester Llansang, Benz Sangalang, Gold Aceron, and CJ Caparas—the son of the original creator of “Totoy Bato.” The show will also introduce Lawrence Dela Cruz, Benedict Lao, Natania Guerrero, Jeremiah [...]
