“Nakaligtaan ko.” This was the reason Sual, Pangasinan Mayor Liseldo “Dong” Calugay gave to senators Tuesday when asked why he did not include the sale of his land amounting to P1.2 million in his Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN).
