SEN. Bong Go thanked Filipinos for their trust and support as reflected in the recent Tangere survey results that ranked him third in the senatorial opinion poll. "I will not waste the opportunity you are giving me. The survey numbers are a reminder that I must improve my service and focus even more on the needs of our countrymen," Go said in Filipino. He said that his consistently strong performance in public opinion polls signifies the strong faith of Filipinos in his leadership and brand of public service. The Tangere survey from Nov. 6 to 9, 2024 showed Go as one of the frontrunners for the 2025 senatorial elections. Go a rating of 50.13 percent, securing third place. In October, the Publicus Pahayag 2025 survey showed Go as the leading choice among senatorial aspirants in the unaided senatorial preference test. In the aided portion of the survey, Go was also among those leading in voter preference. In a Pulse Asia survey conducted from Sept. 6 to 13, Go ranked fourth to ninth, with 40.3 percent of voters picking him as one of their preferred senatorial bets. Earlier this year, the senator ranked second to third in the March OCTA Research senatorial survey, with 49.9 percent approval rating. He also secured third to fourth place in the Pulse Asia survey conducted from March 6 to 10, 2024, earning a 44.2 percent preference rating. Go said that this recognition fuels his resolve to continue working for the betterment of the lives of ordinary Filipinos, particularly those in the most vulnerable sectors.
