THE Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), in partnership with Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC), has launched its inaugural satellite office in Robinsons Galleria Ortigas, Quezon City, expanding the agency's thrust to enhance accessibility and convenience for settling traffic violation fines, among others.
MMDA Chairman Don Artes said the opening of the MMDA Redemption Satellite Office was part of the agency's steadfast commitment to bring government services closer to the transacting public.
"The goal of this partnership with RLC is to make settlement of traffic fine-related concerns easier and more accessible to our valued stakeholders," Artes said during the launch.
Artes thanked the RLC management for providing a fixed place inside the shopping mall under a rent-free arrangement.
"I would like to thank the RLC for forging a memorandum of agreement with MMDA by setting up a satellite office for the benefit of our motorists," he said.
RLC Vice President for Marketing and Operations Joel Lumanlan delivered the welcome remarks and thanked the MMDA for choosing Robinsons Malls as its first-ever satellite office.
The newly opened MMDA Redemption Satellite Office is located at the Lingkod Pinoy Center, Lower Ground Floor of Robinsons Galleria Ortigas.
