Vice President Sara Duterte on Tuesday said she would forgive President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. and his allies should they apologize for the death of a Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) member in August when the Davao police served an arrest warrant on detained televangelist Apollo Quiboloy.
