DOJ: PWDs may still get discount when buying multiple meals for sole consumption
A person with disability (PWD) is still entitled to his 20% discount and exemption from value added tax (VAT) when buying multiple meals as long as the meals are for his exclusive consumption, according to the Department of Justice (DOJ).
