Former IBF world super flyweight champion Jerwin Ancajas is headed to another world title shot after his camp said he has signed the dotted line to face WBA world bantamweight champion Takuma Inoue on November 15 in Tokyo, Japan.

The contract signing was confirmed by Ancajas’ manager and trainer Joven Jimenez.

Ancajas, 34-3-2 as a professional boxer, is coming off a fifth-round technical knockout over Wilner Soto last June.

The Panabo City native opted to stay in the US after the fight, only taking a short break before going back to training for this upcoming fight.

Ancajas’ handler and MP Promotions President Sean Gibbons said the Japanese fighter has also signed his part of the contract to make the world championship showdown official at a yet-to-be-announced venue in Tokyo.

Inoue, the younger brother of four-division world champion Naoya Inoue, won the vacant bantamweight belt with a unanimous decision win over Liborio Solis last April.
